Three Nuneaton youths reported seeing a blue triangular object above hover over the village for several minutes before it shot off at great speed in the direction of Atherstone. The boys said that the UFO was blue and appeared to be shimmering as if giving off great heat, and they all agreed that when the object moved off its speed was greater than that of an ordinary aircraft.
